Stitches 2 degree tear

TMI

I had a very easy and quick birth, I had a 2nd tear that has/is healing perfectly fine (I think).

I noticed yesterday I have what seems to be a ‘growth’ forming next to my wee hole. It’s about 1.5-2cm long and around 1cm thick. I can’t feel it so it must not have any nerves. From what I have googled it could be a polyp or granulation tissue. Has anyone experienced this?
