Regret being an art major
Why is art in college so difficult? I love drawing and creating 3D objects but remembering specifics of history of art is the death of me. I have to retake the class because I'm straight up failing Art History Survey 1 which is a requirement class and it makes me deeply regret signing up for art as a degree. I just can't remember dates, time periods and specific details about every art piece that was made during the time period. I feel like a failure because a cousin of mine had an associates in art and she got through it in time and graduated. I asked her if she regretted it because of a class and she said no because it'll be the same for any other major. I want to stop going to college because it feels like it's a waste of my time. Actually, taking art as a degree is wasting my time. I may try to talk to my advisor if it's ok if I change to another major. If not, I guess I'll suffer through it again and again untill I'm broke and have no other reason to keep living and becoming something I may never be. What was I thinking? Tattoo artists don't even need any college degree but I thought that it would help improve my art skills and apparently, it doesn't but slightly does, just very stressfully.
