Anyone in here have IBS? I was diagnosed with it this time last year, and have been able to manage it with daily meds and meds as needed for flare ups, that is until yesterday. Friday night we ordered out (which we never do) and i got a cheesesteak (which I haven’t had in forever) so I knew it was going to cause me issues the next day just bc we typically don’t eat fatty/take out foods. Saturday rolls around and I’m in and out of the bathroom as expected then all of a sudden it stops and in came in the awful stomach cramps and nausea. I felt like I was in labor all over again, I’m talking fetal position, sweats and long heavy breathing and everything. The more I moved the worse it felt. I took my as needed meds (dicyclomine) and normally that does the trick for me but not this time. This went on from about 2pm until 8ish. Now today I’ve been fine if i don’t eat, if I eat I get nauseous, which is the same issue I was having last year before I got diagnosed. Now fast forward to 830pm and I’m in awful pain again and still not going to the bathroom. Any suggestions?!?! Literally feel like I’m dieing😭😭
