How long should I wait to test again?

I'm so scared of having a chemical pregnancy after reading about faint lines. How long should I wait to test again? This is just a simple test from the dollar store. Should I buy a name brand tomorrow?

I think you hcg is suppose to double every 24 or 48 hours so if you want I would test in 2 days.

It’s a positive test 🤗. If you’re nervous buy a few cheapies and just monitor the line until your first doc appointment.

Update- I ended up having a miscarriage on December 9th. I was just a couple days away from 10wks. When I went in for an ultrasound they said it looked like the baby stopped growing around 6wks. We are now at the end of February and we are still trying to convince again! I hope everyone else is having a wonderful healthy pregnancy.
