Are baths safe to take in first trimester?

I’m so exhausted I just want to take a bath. Sit down, relax, and get clean. I’m 4weeks 5 days. I’m scared that a bath might cause a miscarriage...

So after taking a “warm” bath last night with the water temp not exceeding 100 degrees, I’ve decided unless I’m literally too sick to stand, I’ll stick with my hot showers. I’m so used to scorching hot bath water that turns your skin red lol, that the “warm” water felt absolutely cold to me. I bathed so fast just so I could get out. I had goosebumps y’all!!! Nope, can’t do warm baths lol.

A warm bath, not a hot bath. But yes totally safe. With my first pregnancy, warm baths saved me. I worked in childcare and my back and hips always ached.

You can take baths as long as it doesn’t exceed 100 degrees and no longer then 30 minutes. Cooler if you want to lay in it longer.
