What is this??

Its stringy with some blood in it.. havent had a period in 3 months.. all blood and pee tests come back neg. all levels show normal as well. Makes no sense to me.. and if ovulation how?? Im pretty sure I ovulated months ago and/ or more than once.. like im soo confused and don’t understand at all...

Edit: Ive never had this before.. my periods normally start off brown blood and extremely heavy flow.. like bad with cramps.. have had no cramps what so ever.. noticed ive been very emotional but I think its from no period for so long

Update: so I called my doctor and asked for a blood test and im just waiting for a call back on if I can since I seen her the 15th of last month. And my boobs have been hurting extra bad today. Im moody (more crying of things than anything) and when I just went to the bathroom I got this. This isnt normal for me period wise.. mine is always heavy. So im confused
