Implantation? AF? Please help😔

2 days before AF, I got my BFP. But ever since then, I've been getting tiny AF-like cramps at night. AF is due today and when I went to the bathroom, I wiped and saw drops of bright red blood maybe pinkish. I've decided to put on a panty liner but I'm devastated. Did I have a miscarriage? Maybe just implantation?
