Confused..

So I am 13 dpo and when I went to the bathroom I noticed I started spotting. It continued on through the night and got a bit heavier. Seemed like I got my period but it has been so different. First, it was early, second I usually get bad cramps and I got none and there are also no clots... is this my period or something else?
