Time Change & One hormone birth control.
So here in the US, we just experienced time change. I didn’t realize with the time change, to change the time I took my Nora Be (one hormone birth control) I unfortunately realized the time change possibly affecting my birth control about 40 minutes after my “normal time” of taking it. I am still exclusively nursing my son, & have not had my period return yet. I guess my question is, should I be concerned or do you think it will be okay?
