Has your toddler started counting yet?

If so, how high can he/she count to?
My mother-in-law told me my son counted to 10, but just skipped the number 7. I haven’t heard him count past 3, and I didn’t believe her at first.. but today I heard him count to 8 (although he skipped 7). I was shocked!

I’ll count with her only up to 5, and she only say the number 2 correctly and rest is gibberish lol but she’s trying and it’s so cute

Yep! My daughter can count to 20 in English and to 10 in Russian.
If you ask my husband, he will tell you she counts till 30 but that's only when he counts with her, so doesn't really count😁

My daughter can. She skips a number sometimes but her favorite book is a counting book so it doesn't surprise me. We've been reading it nightly for about 6months lol

Mine counts 1-10 both in English and my native tongue. She tries to count from 11-20 as well but words are not as clear.

Technically mine is a feb baby (7th, was supposed to be Jan 25) and she counts. She doesn’t always get all the numbers, but she does pretty dang good. She also gets most of her colors right. She’s been a lot of fun.
