Taking baby out?

How many of y’all have taken your baby out to public places yet? I haven’t but just because I’m scared of flu season and my kid is 12 weeks tomorrow

I took him to family members houses at 5 weeks. We took him on walks at the park even earlier around maybe 3 weeks just to get him outside and in fresh air. Then at about 7 weeks we took him out to restaurants. I now would be comfortable taking him almost anywhere except I’m avoiding things like fairs or places where there lots of kids running around. I know it is scary to expose your little one to germs but it’s also good for them to get out and about too. My guy is 11 weeks old now and I would take him just about anywhere. I still don’t bring him around family or friends if they are sick and keep him covered in his carrier if he is napping in a restaurant or at the store.

He goes everywhere I go. Since 1 week he has been to resturants, grocery stores, the fair, the smokey mountains (which included a 9 hour car ride), church 2x a week and to see lots of family and friends! I typically just wear him and we've had no issues. Next month we're flying to visit his grandma and in January going to Disney World. He's our little travel bug

From like day two of being born lol we are out at least everyday now

We go on walks, his doctor appointments, & friends and family homes nearly every day. I haven't needed to bring him shopping at the mall or to the grocery store because I leave him at his grandparents homes to do that alone

We started going for walks immediately. Drs appointments, grocery shopping, visited family for a week (with a 12hr drive), out to eat once or twice, pumpkin patch (it was very cold), leisurely shopping

We’ve been out shopping, to dinner (multiple times), to the pumpkin patch, to the coffee shop, to the grocery store, to the rose garden, to the kids costume parade at my husband’s work and to a kids Halloween day at our local out door mall.
Kinsley loves going out, she’s so intrigued by the world around her. I just make sure everywhere we go has good ventilation and air circulation.

We started going out to doctors appointments (mine, hers, lactation consultant) right away, as well as to family members houses. After about 3-4 wks I started taking her with me to the grocery, Target, etc.

We were out the same week she was born. She's been to stores weekly, the vet a few times, everywhere I need to go she goes and now that she's in daycare she's gotton sick anyways.

I took him to the family bakery/café a few times a week since he was 5 days old. He’s been on a 4 hour long train ride, 6 hour long drives (back and forth), on lots of visits.. I think the place we’ve been the least is at home. I feel a bit bad, but he doesn’t seem to care at all.
