Fitness advice πͺπ§ββοΈπ
Hey everybody so me and my boyfriend just open a gym membership. And since I been seeing everybody achieving there goals in either losing or gaining weight even maintaining (not judging) I just wanted to ask what do you do to stay fit?, what is you workout routine?, what motivates you? Just trying to get advice here so I can get my own achievements as well since I do struggle to lose weight. (Not the best pic of me...but at least Iβm on my way to achieve my body goals. πͺπ) Thanks π
