cramps

so i have been getting really really bad cramps

since i stopped taking the pill - i have really bad migraines and no longer allowed to take it - and the cramps were one of the reasons i went on it in the first place and i just need some help and good ways to ease the pain if not stop the cramps completely! please help :(
