When did/will you start working out?
Hey ladies!!! What are you plans for working out post baby?!
I am currently 2 weeks PP and I had a c-section leaving my abs super sore. I am VERY excited to get back into the gym but I know I should wait at least 2 more weeks. I am still bleeding a lot and having moderate abdominal cramping. Something simple like going to the store wears me out. ☹
When are you planning on getting back into the gym?
How has your recovery been?
