i am only 7 weeks and is my second pregnancy.. but my belly is so big and horrible sickness​

With 2nd + pregnancies your stomach muscles are over stretched from 1st pregnancy they don't hold everything back like the 1st time so woman can show way earlier with there 2nd then with there 1st.. I didn't show till I was 4-5months with my 1st I'm 9weeks and have a bump already.. Twins you defo be showing earlier just have to wait and see till your scan :-)

This slows down digestion, giving the nutrients from food you eat more time to enter your bloodstream and reach your baby. That's the good news. The bad news is this slower digestion can cause bloating. What’s more, your expanding uterus places increasing pressure on your rectum, which can wreak havoc on muscle control and lead to the passing of some serious wind.
