Have officially decided to try 😁😁

Me and my boyfriend have officially decided to try. We are bout to start moving into our house we are building. Any tips would be appreciated. I have endometriosis and pcos so i know it will be on the difficult side. Update nine days before my period is supposed to start and im spotting. Fingers crossed
