I can't understand this part and don't no if this is good or bad but my af was post to start this day as glow say and didn't my lady cycle was 7-16 and af just been popping up when ever lol so I don't know when she will come I ovulated on the 31st so help me understand this what does late Luteal phase mean

Its just means you are in the late days of your luteal phase.. Approaching the time of period. Your luteal phase is the days after O. Even tomorrow cd29 you will still be in late luteal phase. It will continue to be your late luteal phase until you confirm pregnancy or your period comes..
