Was it rude?

So today a woman told me I looked misable and swollen. She said I looked like I was about to explode. I told her I wasnt due until Dec. She asked boy or girl, I replied boy. She seemed to be down to earth when she spoke (other than the first comments). When departing she stated good luck with that 12lb baby.

I am beyond swollen, I am miserble, and I feel like Im going to explode. But Ive always been taught its rude to point that stuff out. And 12lbs?? My biggest was a little over half that.
