Trying to Conceive

So I'm trying to conceive and so I stopped taking my birth control. Havent had my period yet. But today I started to spot. I have been feeling nauseous especially when I eat. But in all honesty im just curious if anyone has had similar symptoms. I thought my period was starting but 3 hours later it was gone. So im a little confused.
