Is this herpes

I know this may be too much and also I’m on my period so I apologize. I haven’t had any pain during sex or anything of that matter and I didn’t see any spots on my partner as well as I haven’t had any weird discharge or itching. I also do get some acne from where I shave but could this be herpes?
