Advice Welcome ...
So my boyfriend and I just broke up. Things had been pretty rough between us for a while and he said he wanted a break. Now that we are on a break, I find myself seriously depressed ... I can't eat or sleep and I am sooooo LONELY!!!! I miss him, but I want to allow time for the break to either make or break us for good .... Any suggestions on how to get out of this depression?
