I was spotting and I went to the ER

The doctor said I had about a 50/50 chance of miscarrying because it’s so early and they can’t really tell what caused it, but seems hopeful that everything is fine since the spotting had let up

I talked to the nurse practitioner at my OBGYN office and she has made me feel a little uneasy

In one sentence making me feel like miscarrying is inevitable in my case, and then in the second making me feel like I’m overreacting

Which is probably just my interpretation

I’m got my blood drawn today, and I will be getting it drawn on Wednesday as well, although so far everything has been good except for the spotting Friday night and I had a tiny bit of spotting last night and I’ve been put on pelvic rest.

For those wondering, the first time the spotting was red and it had a few particles of what I would call tissue and it was about the amount of a tea spoon.

I’m curious to hear if anyone else has spotted this time around and what their doctors have said
