Pms or ovulation pain ?
I keep getting cramps first they start on the left side of the abdomen then go away then I have them on the right side then they go away and then its Cramping in the middle /lower abdomen . Then at the top of my vaginal area near the abdomen starts to cramp and hurt ..... and today’s my ovulation day , and I’ve had a little bit of vaginal fluids ,
