6 weeks

So I went on Friday at just slightly over 6 weeks.. my doc thinks it’s an empty sac again like last pregnancy. Today I called to get my hcg results that were done on Friday they are 18,000 he said we prob should have seen something with those levels. Anyone any stories of hope? I go bk Friday
