Do you think I'll get induced ? 36 weeks today

So nervous , had to take a 24 hour urine collection to see if I had protein in my urine . Blood pressure was 144/94 . And major swelling .. My mom had the same exact thing with me and had to get induced 😐

When I was in that range, (138-150 and 80-105) my dr had me keep a log at home for a week, 5 times a day. Then he decided I had hypertentsion and induced me at 37+3. Had I been more educated then, I would have kept monitoring and if it got higher then would have agreed to be induced. My dr told me my baby was considered full term at 37 weeks, but didn't tell me about all the extra tests and things that needed to be done for him still. I wish he would have cooked a little longer!

Did you find out if you had protein. My blood pressure was 158/111 last week at 31 weeks and they gave me procardia to help keep it down since it kept spiking. It depends on how good your baby's progress is too. They can give you a shot that will help the baby's lungs develop faster.

No that blood pressure is not near high enough to be induced I've been having that BP number since 5 months and I'm going to be induced at 36-37 weeks they put me in procardia 120mg and still I have BP"s in the 160 so they added another med
