I just want answers

So I thought I was 8 weeks pregnant but according to my dr I’m 5 weeks pregnant. My last period was September 6th and I got my first very very faint positive October 10th... is it possible I ovulated later ? Has this Happened to anyone else? If so did everything turn out okay?! Here’s my ultrasound from today

UPDATE: I don’t know if anyone is following this or not but ima do this anyways ...so I kinda feel dumb for getting all emotional. So I used the glow app to track my periods and my ovulation but now I use the nature app to track this pregnancy. So I knew I ovulated late but I got so caught up in the due date the clinic based off my last period I totally forgot I tracked everything. So I went back and did some investigating. So basically I got my positive opk on September 29th and I ovulated the 30th or October 1st which I’m pretty sure it was the first because the symptoms I logged are the symptoms I get when I ovulate and that’s the day I logged sex twice . So skip a head a little I got my first faint positive on October 9th at 9dpo which today would make me 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant and with the new due date the dr gave me I’m 5 weeks 2 days pregnant. Wow I feel dumb. Here’s a picture if it’s confusing

The 1,2,3 are days and the numbers next to the lines are weeks and the date that’s circled is the day I got pregnant/ ovulated . My dumb ass even wrote this on the pregnancy tests that I took. (This picture was taken when I first flung out )

The dates are on the right and the dpo are on the caps it’s kinda hard to see but if you zoom in you can see the dpo the test it. I want to take a moment for everyone who shared their story to make me feel better and if you have a story similar to mine feel free to share it with me !
