Diaper cream over night??

This might be a stupid question but is it ok to put diaper cream on a baby over night? My 4 month old sleeps through the night so I don’t change his diaper.

You could do baby powder to keep dry longer (boy) girls are supposed to be a little moist down there..... but I wouldn’t worry about him getting a rash.

You might want to check the paper or the back of the cream as some of them should not be used more than 3 days for example

Perfectly fine. I put cream on after every diaper change. Never had a rash once!

You can, yes. But I don’t see why you would unless he has a rash. 
My son is 14 months this month and has slept through the night since 5-6 weeks, we’ve never done it unless he’s had a rash which has been 2x
