Bassinet or no bassinet?

Question

I live with my mom to help her out with work. Me and my husband have the biggest room in the house so we are gonna have the crib in the room with us. Should I still buy a Bassinet? Or should the crib be okay for a new born?

Bassinet. 100%. At least if you’re breastfeeding. Believe it or not it’s actually really hard to get out of bed to get the baby every single time they wake up. It’s so worth it (for me at least) to have a bassinet attached to the bed where you can just lean over and grab the baby when needed ☺️

We used. Crib since the day we came home from the hospital. But we also had a bassinet that could go on the stroller for when we were out walking/shopping/visiting friends and family. It’s also way better for baby’s back than to sit in a car seat all the time when out shopping etc.
