Cyst on umbilical cord?

I just got my first scan today at 8W 2D and there's a cyst on the baby's umbilical cord. Has anyone else had this with their LO? How did it work out?

Its baby #2 for me and my first also had a weird thing, an echogenic intracardiac foci, or bright spot on the heart.

She is a happy healthy soon to be one year old on November 9th.

But I'm still super freaked out and I've been feeling weird about this pregnancy. Feeling like it's going to end in MC since I found out.
