14DPO and got this on an OPK

Ok so I'm due for AF today and have gotten 3 BFN during my TWW. I peed on an OPK because I was curious and I got those two lines. I know it would be considered and negative OPK although it might indicate I'm approaching ovulation. I read somewhere that it can mean you're pregnant?!? Is that true??? This might be a dumb question but I honestly don't know... Help me out 😱😱😱
