PMS? Please help!

I've always been active in sports/working out and never had servere cramps. It's been two years since I've stopped working out.

I'm 18 Ik I should already know my body but I'm still not quite developed. I'm petite and very skinny.

I was wondering if it was normal to feel nauseated before my period.

My stomach is also hard (bloating?) and I'm also having stomach pain that causes nausea.

Can someone tell me how pms feels for them and during there period?
