Mucus discharge or?!

Hi ladies I went to use the restroom I’m currently 15 weeks. And saw this on the toilet bowl and freaked out as it looked like mucus with a hint of blood. But when I pull it out the water it looked like this (pic will be in comments) it’s kinda spongy feeling... did this even come out of me?!
