Help! Horrible cramping
Anyone have any remedies to help with horrible cramps? I get them throughout the day which are bearable, but in the middle of the night they last 45 mins or so and are to the point I consider going to the ER because it’s so painful. Been happening for a few dAys now and OB didn’t seem concerned or offer much help since no bleeding associated.
