What kind of acne is this ? I’m 33 weeks pregnant so maybe it’s hormones but it just won’t go away no matter how good my skincare routine . My skin is normally really clear but these red bumps just won’t go away 
Any advice to get rid of it?

It looks like hormonal acne to me. I’m not really sure what is safe to try during pregnancy, but if it’s possible for you, you could probably see a dermatologist who could recommend something.
I’ve had hormonal acne as a teenager and now I have cystic acne. Sometimes over the counter remedies just don’t work, as frustrating as that sounds.
