Not pregnant anymore?

So today im 12 weeks pregnant and my baby center app says that I should be able to feel a little bump just above my pelvic bone but I don't feel anything at all. I haven't had any pregnancy symptoms almost my entire pregnancy so far. Ive had headaches on and off for the past 3 days though. I'm just worried that something is wrong, maybe my baby stopped growing? Idk! This is my first pregnancy and I feel super paranoid.

UPDATE! We got the listen to the heartbeat and it was in the 160s my baby is completely healthy! I also found out that it's a boy!

I never felt a bump like you're describing. Every woman and body is different. I'm sure all is fine! Prayers!

I didn’t feel a bump or anything till about 20 weeks.

I never had any sort of bump like that at 12 weeks. I also had next to no symptoms at any point in my pregnancy and went on to give birth to a very happy and healthy little girl. I wouldn't be concerned.

I definitely never felt a bump like that. I couldn’t feel my daughter from the outside at all until 18ish weeks and all I could feel were little kicks and movements, not a bump.

If you haven’t had symptoms all along I wouldn’t worry much about it. Did you see a heartbeat at your 8 week appointment? When is your next appointment? I had one at 12 weeks, so maybe just call and ask to go in for peace of mind. I didn’t feel a bump for a long time! I had no idea where my uterus was.
