Finding a Pediatrician

Hi, FTM here and I’m a bit embarrassed at how little I know regarding pediatricians. My OB suggested I find one I like before my son is born. I guess I’m wondering how that process goes. Do I just call a pediatricians office? Will they schedule me for an appointment even though my LO isn’t even here yet? Does the pediatrician preform circumcisions or do I need to find a separate place to do that? Help!
