1st time loss

Hi All,

I realized that I miscarried (5w4d) with no symptoms (other than bleeding with tissue present) this past weekend. This is very first for me and my husband, and found out today our quant was 19 😔 I’ve had 2 successful pregnancies but this one I’ve been under a tremendous amount of stress and I am also hypothyroid (during my last pregnancy it was diagnosed). My problem is; I know there’s studies that say sex doesn’t induce a miscarriage, but the bleeding didn’t start flowing until we had sex and then the next two days is when it continued. I had absolutely no symptoms or problems other than implantation bleeding and minor spotting with AF week that was missed. Two home pregnancy tests. Has anyone ever had this regarding sex? * Also how does one start tracking their period and ovulation again after a MC? Thanks in advanced!
