So my bf got caught before we got together with weed and he did not go to jail but was sentenced to community service and classes, he finished those and failed to appear to his last court date because he thought it was a different day, anyway they arrested him last Friday on failure to appear. I bonded him out (2,000$) the next day and now he has a new court date set. All his friends are saying he’s probably going to be re arrested that day and sentenced to jail time with no bond. What are the odds this will happen? I know no one is a lawyer but some advice from one or from someone who’s been in this situation please give me some sort of direction. He doesn’t have a public defender because he makes too much ad I’m calling a lawyer tomorrow but I could really just use some advice now because he’s super restless. The failure to appear was the first time he’s ever been to jail. Please no bashing just looking for some sort of advice
