How stressed are you?

On a regular basis, how often do you deal will heavy stress. Tell us your story for encouragement in the comments too!

I'm usually a worry wart but ever since I got pregnant I've chilled out, A LOT. My husband laughs and says he hopes this sticks around. I just don't see the point in stressing myself out right now when I'm growing a tiny human... I don't really know how I've been coping with it, but things just haven't bothered me - at all.

At the moment I've just got a promotion and now manage 7 staff, im responsible for the busiest National Park in South Australia, along with 7 other parks. On top of this my SO and I are renovating and landscaping our home. I also suffer from bouts of depression (I'm just clawing my way back from the last one). Finally we are discussing ttc in the next 6-9 months. I have PCOS so I know that may not be that easy.  
I try to be as positive as I can when I can. I know if I let myself get too stressed, I'll fall back to the dark place, so I make sure to do at least one thing every day that is just for me. Just to make sure I look after myself. Today it was a bath while listening to my favourite audiobook. Little things are so important!

I am in the middle of setting up a major surgery, also my SO & I are long distance, and last week I went with him to his parents house for the week, and it was awful! Nothing went right an I found out several things about him that shocked the hell out of me 😐 its really making me question our relationship.
