I’ve had a Mirena for a year and a half. Last had sex around September 22nd and my bf came inside me. I haven’t had a real period since, though I had appendicitis and an appendectomy when my period was due and I had very very light spotting for a day or two.

I’ve been feeling nauseous since my surgery and my surgeon wants to rule out I’m pregnant. Haven’t heard back from the clinic after my urine test today, but I took two tests and both were negative. I had a pregnancy test before my surgery in late October and it was negative then. Any chance that I could be pregnant?
