Alright, so I had my last baby 9 years ago . Basically starting all over again with my 4 month old. I remember nothing.

So, how do you put your little one to bed.

We usually rock our daughter until shes asleep and then lay her in her crib. ( with a full belly)

I want to start just feeding her, her last feed, then laying her down. Do you do this? Does it work for you?

Also.. I have transitioned her out of swaddling at night and use a sleep sack now, she can roll however. Sometimes she will roll onto her tummy and then cry in the middle of the night because she doesnt like that. Should I swaddle her again?
