If the tip of a penis was touching the female vagina, could she get pregnant? And could pre-cum get a female pregnant? If so what could the female take to stop from creating a fetus. What if she is late for her period by 5 days?

Okay. First off sounds like you're new to sex. Yes you can get pregnant from Pre Cum. If any type of semen gets onto or in your vagina there's a chance of pregnancy. If you're 5 days late, take a test. If you don't want a baby get on birth control and use condoms. Sex=baby. Get and IUD or the pill and use a condom to be extra sure.
