Accidentally took an opk

So I am 12dpo and accidentally grabbed an opk instead of pregnancy test at the dollar tree. I've been having weird symptoms lately, like cramping, tiredness, and sore back so I took it anyways. Here are the results. What does this mean? Is it possible I could ovulate twice this month? Right before af should be arriving, should my lh levels be higher or could I be pregnant??
