Anyone good with remodeling homes?

Need some help ladies!

My husband and I are buying this house. The inside is beautiful but the outside as you can see looks bad.

We have absolutely no idea what to do to it. We want to make it look nice and cute. Any ideas? We don’t have enough money to hire people so we will be doing all the work ourselves over the next year or so. We just have no taste 😂

We will definitely be getting new windows, and redoing the porch.
