What do you do for nausea?

I've been dealing with the worst nausea ever... I've never felt so horrible. The nausea is constant. I'm gagging a lot.. I haven't thrown up yet. I'm 7 weeks and I can't eat.. I just don't know what to do. What do you do to help if you're struggling with nausea?

I make my own lemonade but without sugar. So, actually light lemon water. Organic lemon.

Sea bands worked for me. Along with diffusing lemon essential oil and chewying peppermint gum.

People say a lot of things but nothing ever helped me. I just slept it off.
