Colors Tweaked Line Eyes? Evap? Help!

Took this test, I thought it was faulty at first because it took almost 5 minutes for the control lines to appear. On top of already being skeptical of blue dye, I can't tell now. Will test with a FRER in the a.m. but I had these E.P.T.s laying around for free. Please tell me other people see it!?!
