Should I be worried?

I have had this pulling/bruised feeling on my left abdominal side for over a week. No cramping elsewhere, no bleeding but I have done so much reading about ectopic pregnancies that I’m nervous. Does anyone else have this weird pulling cramping going on?

You have a cyst on the ovary you ovulated from that produced hormones until the baby and placenta are able to take over. It’s totally normal to have pain on one side due to the cyst. Ectopic pregnancy is rare and would not be causing pain this early in pregnancy.

I have the same feeling and have had it since the beginning, the same side too. Have had a couple scans and everything is fine. I always assumed mine was from a swollen ovary since I did ivf and had a touch of OHSS before getting pregnant.

I’ve been feeling the same. Someone commented on my post saying it’s common to feel pain/pulling on either side as your uterus grows and pushes against your ovaries and Fallopian tubes. It still concerns me, my doctor has booked an early scan to calm my nerves, but said as long as there is no severe pain or heavy bleeding not to be concerned ☺️

If it’s only on one side, I think its probably worth going in or having a blood test run.
