Weaning at 3 months

I’ve decided to wean at 3 months when I have to go back to work. Baby is currently 2 weeks and EBF except a bottle of pumped milk in the middle of the night to get her good and full to sleep better.

How exactly do I go about weaning to formula? FTM here and I want to make it as easy as possible on both of us.

*Not looking for any comments on how it would be best to continue to BF longer. My job wouldn’t be easy to pump at and I HATE pumping in general. I only ever get enough for my 1oz or 2oz bottle in the middle of the night.
