I have a very unfair ex who is making my life hell currently. I took him to court just so we can have our agreement on paper ( he has his every other weekend which is all he wants and of course child support ). My ex chooses not to work because he does not want to give me more money.

With my career I make good money. A money amount was reached and it is a very very low amount. ( I don’t care I don’t need his money to live ). My problem is , can There be a point where his income continues to drop and mine rise and I end up owing this guy child support ? Even tho he never has our daughter and has all the time in the world to work but choose not to? Just looking for some insight on this topic ... as he is being an asshole and I’m sure this is what he is trying to do ... thanks.
