I'll start by saying that I had no idea what to name this topic.... So, I haven't changed my last name yet since getting married. I know they'll probably use my maiden name on the birth certificate, but, can I request that they use my last last name as the one I married into on ultrasounds and appointments without having it switched to my license and all yet? Will they do that? (hope this makes sense. It's hard to ask a question about something that confuses you... LOl)
